Appointment Prepayment
Please note that as of November 2025, Jackson Hwy Veterinary Clinic will require a prepayment to secure an appointment.
- Single pet, non-urgent appointment: $50
- Multi-pet, urgent, or emergency appointment: $100
Your prepayment will be applied to the cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (360) 266-8090 at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your prepayment.
We do understand that life (and the unexpected) happens! The first time an appointment is missed, your prepayment will be applied to your rescheduled visit. Subsequent no-show visits will result in the loss of the prepayment.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy. It’s been implemented in response to an increased number of no-shows and late cancellations. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are more than just a scheduling inconvenience; they result in the loss of time slots that could have been used to help other pets and clients. We’ve implemented this policy to ensure that we are available when we’re needed and can provide the best possible care for everyone.
