You hear the cost up front, never as a surprise at the end. We go over an estimate before we begin, offer options at different price points, and you can ask for a written estimate at any time.
There is no pressure and no upselling here. We offer what your pet needs and leave the rest to you.
Ways to pay.
Payment is due at the time of service. To help spread the cost when you need to, we work with a few third-party options:
- CareCredit, a healthcare credit card you can use for your pet's care.
- Scratch Pay, simple payment plans with a quick, no-commitment check.
- And a couple of others. Ask us or the front desk for the current list.
However you pay, the cost will always be explained before we start, so you can make the right decision for your pet and your budget.
