Payment Options
Payment is required when services are rendered. We accept credit cards, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. To focus on our patients’ needs, to provide customer service and to keep costs low, we do not bill.
We also have convenient payment plans provided by CareCredit financing and ScratchPay. You can either fill out a CareCredit application in our office for immediate use or check out our CareCredit or ScratchPay pages.
We Accept CareCredit
Here at Jackson Hwy Veterinary Clinic, we are proud to accept CareCredit, a credit card that can be used at veterinary clinics. CareCredit is extremely helpful because it allows you to spread your payments over time. You can give your pets the veterinary care they deserve without worrying about how much it is going to cost.
CareCredit is especially helpful in emergencies, though you can use it for routine visits, too. Most emergency clinics accept CareCredit, so be sure to keep your card handy.
We Accept ScratchPay
We proudly accept ScratchPay to help you finance your pet’s healthcare needs. Checking your plan options does not affect your credit score and it will help your pet get the best out of our veterinary care
Check your rates from your smartphone by visiting scratchpay.com. Either way – there are no hidden fees or retroactive interest charges. Once approved, you’ll have a full 7 days to spend your Scratch Pay funds. This means you can check your rates today even if your pet will be in our hospital for a few days.
